LIMITED WARRANTY FOR Everlight PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR MODULES

THREE- YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Everlight Corporation LTD. ("Everlight") warrants the module to be free from material and manufacturing faults in normal application, use and installation, and service conditions for three years from the date of sale to the original purchaser. If a module malfunctions or becomes inoperable due to a defect in workmanship or material during the three-year period of this warranty, Everlight will, at its option, either repair or replace the module or refund the purchase price. This warranty transfers from the original purchaser to subsequent users/purchasers.

TWENTY-FIVE-YEAR/ TEN-YEAR EXTENDED TERM LIMITED WARRANTY ON POWER OUTPUT

For a period beginning from the date of sale of the module to the original purchaser, and ending 25 years thereafter, Everlight will repair or replace (at its option), any module that provides a power output under 80% of the minimum power stated in the Everlight technical specifications.

For a period beginning from the date of sale of the module to the original purchaser, and ending 10 years thereafter, Everlight will repair or replace (at its option), any modules that provides a power output under 90% of the minimum power stated in the Everlight technical specifications.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty will not be applicable if a module has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident or has been damaged through abuse, alteration, improper installation or application, transportation, handling or storage or repaired by anyone other than Everlight representatives. The warranty does not include any transportation costs for returning modules or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced module, or costs associated with the removal, installation or reinstallation of modules.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY

Damage to persons or property or any other loss or injury resulting from a faulty module or from improper installation or use shall not be Everlight's responsibility. Under no circumstance shall Everlight be liable for any incidental or consequential damage.

Certain Countries, States or Communities do not allow limitations with regard to the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of accidental damages, and therefore the above limitations would not be applicable. In such cases please consult at the time of purchase; otherwise this warranty is applicable under the terms described.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

If a module is considered to malfunction and is still under warranty, please immediately contact your distributor or whoever sold you the module.

Before sending the module to Everlight, you must request a Return Identification Number from Everlight. This requires filling in a form provided by Everlight. Once the Return Identification Number has been received, the purchaser should send the module having prepaid the carriage charges to Everlight for inspection and assessment. No returned module will be accepted without a Return Identification Number or when sent carriage due. No module without an identification serial number or whose label has been manifestly manipulated will be admitted under warranty. Everlight must be notified of any fault within 60 days from when it was detected. No returned module will be accepted without a Return Identification Number or when sent carriage due. Note 1: Non standard modules are those under 30W, those manufactured under the denomination of special equipment (subject to prior approval from the client) and those made for special applications. Such modules shall be covered under a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects according to the same conditions specified in this warranty.
